Water Survey for City of Washington Customers
As a water utility, the City of Washington is required to identify all construction materials used on all water supply lines on both the City’s and the customer side. This is an EPA and KDHE requirement.
Residents will soon receive a survey in the mail from the City of Washington. This is a legitimate survey, and is required to be completed by every property owner and for every address on the City’s water supply system. Please note, the survey is two pages, so be sure to complete both sides.
If the survey is returned to City Hall by Friday, September 1, 2023, it will be entered into a drawing to receive a $50 credit toward the customer’s water bill. Three winners will be selected to receive the credit.
